PROPERTY IN AUSTRALIA
 Foreigners Buying Property in Australia.
There are restrictions. The Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) is responsible for approving all transfers of property to foreigners, a process that normally takes only 30 days.
The rules and regulations are quite relaxed requiring only that the owner is using the property for long term business related purposes and not for speculation or investment.

For more information, email me or search the FIRB web site.
We have family members and Rotarians involved in property negotiating in Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia. If you have any questions, we will be pleased to pass your information to people we know and trust. Mostly, we only deal with agents who are members of Rotary International. If you know anything about Rotary, you will understand why.
