Community Welfare Work You will see from our route, that we will be traveling through many countries which you will recognise as requiring international aid. Most are the forgotten nations of the world, particularly those in central Asia. And then there is Myanmar, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan where the numbers are so great, that the task is indeed daunting. Our Community Welfare work is intentionally concentrated on women and children, the disadvantaged members of many societies and cultures. In every country listed, we have influential connections involved in peace and community service work, some of whom have already been enlisted to work with us. Our many planned live concerts are designed to generate substantial funds which will be allocated entirely for community welfare projects in selected locations and in conjunction with other world-wide community service organisations. Through our association with these world-wide community service organisations, we believe that we will have the only Welfare Foundation where 100% of funds raised will be spent on the projects. ZERO ADMINISTRATION COSTS. Our concept is inspired by the "Woodstock Festival" of 1969 and the "Live Aid" concert of 1985, the latter of which was organised by the famous Bob Geldof (Sir) and Midge Ure, and is credited with raising over US$283 million. Our target is a minimum of RM1 billion (US$300 million). Our objectives are similar; our execution is completely different and created for the 21st century. Our Patent Attorney advises that we should not provide more information until world-wide intellectual property applications are processed, something that could take many months. Beginning 30 June 2012, we suggest you return to these pages to witness development of this incredible program and the participants. Will your name be listed here? Donors, sponsors, participating government and non-government organisations, will have the option of also contributing a percentage of their funding, to animal welfare and wildlife protection programs in Malaysia and elsewhere. |
